Safe Stop
Working with Safety Features, Inc., Kintech developed the control box for this ‘landing gear’ for the 900 lb Honda Goldwing. This product allows the rider to keep the bike upright when stopped or riding slow, but moves out of the way at higher speeds.
Dry Ice Machine Controller
The Dry Ice Machine is a device developed by Miller Leaman, and sold by Tomco, that makes a 1 lb block of dry ice in 30 sec. The dry ice machine has a number of uses. These uses include shipping anything that needs to be kept frozen, used on airlines to keep food frozen, and fishing vessels to keep fish cold.
Super Pro 2000
The Super Pro 2000 is a medical device developed for and marketed by Mode Mode Medical, Inc. It is used primarily in the chiropractic and cosmotology industries. It’s primary purpose when used by a skilled technician is to treat injured muscles and relieve pain.
Dual Output Switching Power Supply
The Dual Output Power Supply/Battery Charge is capable of +12 Vdc @5 amps and +24 Vdc @5 Amps. It is connected to two 12Vdc batteries wired in series. The power supply senses when it loses line voltage and automatically switches over to the battery.
Pressure Differential Alarm System
We designed and manufacture the Pressure Differential Alarm (PDA) system for Miller Leaman, Inc.'s Thompson Strainer family. The PDA monitors incoming and outgoing pressures and alerts maintenance workers by triggering an audible siren and a visual flashing alarm when the filter screen becomes clogged.
Robot Prototype For Medical Research
Within four months and for far less money, KinTech made the working prototype that another company, with a much larger budget and more than one year of development time, could not complete.
Zefon Bio-Pump™
The Zefon International Bio-Pump™ assembly uses a KinTech designed controller to control air flow rate and measure temperature and humidity. The controller incorporates a very efficient, yet advanced user interface.
KinTech SI1000CB Controller
The SI1000-CB control board has 6 position sensor inputs one speed sensor input. The speed sensor interface is designed to 'trip' at a programmable rate. It has five, 10 amp high side MOSFET drivers. The board uses a programmable PIC16F84 microcontroller with 1K memory.
