The electronics control box designed by KinTech inside the rear saddle bag.
Working with Safety Features, Inc., Kintech developed the control box for this ‘landing gear’ for the 900 lb Honda Goldwing. This product allows the rider to keep the bike upright when stopped or riding slow, but moves out of the way at higher speeds.

The control box senses speed by tapping into the bikes cruise control. The internal electronics prevent the landing gear from moving when the bike is sitting still, and prevents the wheels from going down when the bike is going faster than 18 mph. The electronics sound an alarm when the wheels are down and the bike is going faster than 18 mph.
