The latest ATE designed by KinTech is a System called APATS (Accelerator Pedal Automated Test System). This test system performs lifetime tests on accelerator pedals under environmental conditions. The unit is designed to measure load and temperature while continuously cycling the pedals through 1,000,000 cycles. The tester can apply a load up to 250 lbs. It can also perform a slip off test.
