Case Studies |
The following are a partial list of Design Challenges that KinTech has
completed. We have tackled literally hundreds of designs over the
years. What follows is a sampling. |
| |
Smart Gun. This design uses RFID technology to access a lock firmarm.
 |
|
KinTech designed the technology that goes into the iGun. This design
included a number of challenges that included adequate coverage for reliable
operation, power management for long battery life, a back-up systems for
'always ready' availablility.
Contact KinTech if you have an application that would possible use
RFID technology. |

Salinity Sensor |
|
This was a miniature sensor that measures temperature and salinity
(conductivity) in water |

This sensor is less than an inch in diameter, yet utilizes an
advanced microcontroller to measure, calculate results and send the data
on a SPI bus. The board shown at left is installed into a plastic
enclosure and then encapsulated. |
